By accessing and using hueon.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

2. AI Generation Rights

Users on professional plans retain full commercial ownership of the video content generated through our platform. Users on the free tier are granted a non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. You are solely responsible for the inputs you provide (prompts, images, etc.) and ensuring you have the rights to use such assets.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use hueon.ai to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our safety guidelines or attempt to bypass model filters.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, hueon.ai is provided "as is". As an AI-native platform, certain generations may take longer during peak demand. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hueon.ai and its parent ecosystem (TAZMIC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
